Mom's are great!
Let's just say that yesterday was one of those days that by the end of it I had had enough of the crying, whining, screaming, fighting, and peeing of underwear. Tyler let me leave for a few hours so I retreated to my parents house. I love living so close to them. It is so nice to be able to just get away and be with them for a few minutes. My mom could see that my day had been bad so she offered to go shopping with me. It was wonderful and so much fun to be with her. I love that she truly understands what I am going through cause she has been there before (eight times over). Thanks Mom for going with me even though you were tired yourself. I love you to the moon and back first!

Another boring post...
I don't have pictures to post this time but that is because I am too lazy to plug my camera in and download them. I will try for next time. We are still alive and kicking. We have everything schedule for our move to Medical School. Our last day here will be the 30th of July. Tyler will be driving the van out on the 29th and then meet me and the girls in Kansas City on the 31st. Yes, I am flying while Tyler makes the long drive. It is just to much driving for me. Luckily my Mom has offered to fly with me and help with the girls. Hallie is beyond excited to fly on a plane. We'll see what she thinks of it when we actually take off!!
The weather is getting to the uncomfortable stages here in Southern Utah and we are spending more and more time in the water. Remember a couple post back how I mentioned that both my girls are afraid of swimming and that it was my goal to make them more comfortable in the water. Goal Accomplished. I wish I had pictures of them now! Hallie especially loves it and gets her floatys on and is all over the place. She has been so good about trying new things. (It probably helped that I bribed her with an ice cream cone every time she tried something new!) Annie loves the water and will go in the floaty but still loves to be able to do her own thing on the steps! It amazes me how much these two little girls will try. I have been so proud of them. I will post pictures soon.
Oh, Annie is starting to potty train and we are needing all the encouragement we can get. So next time you see her, ask her how the big girl panties are going!!!!

Happy Father's Day
Sometimes it is hard to describe a person that you love so much to let other people know how wonderful they truly are. I have decided to give you a detailed description of every morning in our home and maybe you will get the idea...
6:00 am - Tyler gets up and does whatever he likes to do ( he is one who does not need a lot of sleep)
7:00 - 7:30 - Annie and Hallie role out of bed and Tyler feeds them breakfast and plays with them. They absolutely adore this time with Dad.
8:00 - 8:15 - I role out of bed and come out to find my family all cuddled up on the couch together.
8:30ish - Tyler makes me breakfast and and then goes to take a shower and get ready for work.
I don't know of many other men that let their wives sleep in every morning and makes them breakfast every morning. He truly is wonderful and I love every minute I have with him. My favorite thing about him as a Dad is watching the girls reaction when he comes home from work. It is their favorite time of day.
Hallie has been so excited for Father's Day and to give Dad our surprise. She went to bed last night making sure that right when we got up we would give it to him. So at 4 am she wakes up and comes in to our room. I asked her what she was doing and she said " I just woke up mom but then I saw that you and Dad are still sleeping." I told her that that is because it is still night time. She sighed and went back to bed but was up again right at 7:00 to yell "happy Father's Day" to him. It was so cute and sweet
And in Annie's words "Hadly Faley's Day Dad"

Ultrasound time
We went in for our ultrasound on Monday but we must have another shy one in the making cause the baby sure would not show any parts. He/She had it's foot in the way. The doctor said "Well that is either a toe or a boy part!" We are going to try and get another ultrasound before we leave because I can't stand this not knowing. Our baby is very healthy and had everything from a four chamber heart to all ten toes. We are still thinking boy but would be very thrilled either way. We love our girls and would love another one.

We went hiiiikin'
We knew that attempting to summit "Sugarloaf" would be a trying and technical climb. After months of training and acclimatization runs we felt that we were ready. We carbo-loaded and set off in search
There was a small disagreement from different members of the party as to where we should set up base camp. After setting Hallie
After a few really technical spots, we had made it nearly to the most dangerous portion of the climb. The mountain is unforgiving for those who attempt to master it who are not worthy.
We did make it to the very top, and we loved the view from the highest point within 50 feet or so. The air was thin, and we thought that we could even see stars in the middle of the day, but we could not stay long because at those altitudes, there is very little to protect you from solar radiation... and the kids wanted root beer.
(I think most of you thought that it was funny right up until the urine thing... then I know you thought

Summary of the Pictures...
1- Annie and her cousin Lexi decided to teach themselves how to apply make-up. What do you think, should we encourage her into the beautician field?
2- Hallie and her good friend Cole the day we left Salt Lake. They had to get one more good play in.
We sure miss our friends there.
3-Dad and Annie hiking in Snows Canyon on Memorial Day. We found out we have excellent little hikers. Thanks to Dad for encouraging them up the steep parts!
4- Hallie and her two cousins Madie and Emma. These three have been inseparable since we have moved her. We also found out that when the three are together they have no fear. They practically ran up this mountain and felt very proud to be at the top.
5- The girls right before heading to church. They love the new place and love the freedom of going out on their own.
6- This is my Mom threating Tyler because she just found out that he was taking her home on the motorcycle. It was his way of saying Thank you for babysitting our kids.
7 &8- more pictures of Snows Canyon. It was a great day. I absolutely love the red rock and am going to miss it while we are gone. Good thing we got lots of pictures of it.
