Yeah!
I decided to put a before picture of me up anyway. This was last summer so I have lost a little weight since then, but I like the picture of me, so I decided to post it. I will work on the tan that Julie so correctly noted that is needed from the before and after pictures. And maybe shave. Posting from work is such a no-no.

I didn't know frontal nudity was allowed on Blogger. Which brings me to my second point, have you seen "I am Legend" yet? If not, you need to drop your kids off at our house and go. If you have seen it, you still need to drop your kids off at our house and go on a date or something.
Go on a date with Bree. That is what I meant. A wife-date (as opposed to the other kind of dates). Which brings me to my third and final point: We both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.
