Happy Birthday Annie

She finally turned 3! Which is hard to believe because it feels like she has been 3 for a long time now. She acts a lot older than she is. I think it is because she really tries to be so much like Hallie and act like a big girl. I got the camera to work so enjoy the great pictures of our little birthday girl. On to the more important things: Annie!
Annie has brought so much laughter to our home. We are constantly amazed at what she is doing or saying. She rarely has a bad day. She is by far our more easy going child. Even as a baby she loved to just lay back and enjoy watching everyone. Which is probably why she didn't walk until she was almost 18 months old, or maybe it was that she had her own personal servant (Hallie) who got everything for her. One of my favorite things about Annie is her random little comments that she makes. She will run up to me throughout the day and say "I lub you Mom" and then run back to whatever she was doing. Or when Tyler comes home lately she has been saying " How was school today Dad?" And my personal favorite is when she comes up to Barry and gives him a cheek hug or kiss and says "Barry lubs me uh Mom." She believes that everyone out there loves her and she has every right too!
Annie is a wonderful sister. She is the best at sharing and making everyone feel included. She loves to share her toys with Hallie and her favorite blankie with Barry. She would even give them these items if it meant they were happy. She loves to be told that she is beautiful and always responds with "I know" or " No, I am gorgeous!"
Annie has been so excited for her birthday. When she woke up that morning we had put pink streamers and pink balloons everywhere. She giggled and smiled all morning. During breakfast Hallie came up with the great idea that we should all say Happy Birthday to her at the same time, so we did. A few minutes later Annies says " Say it to me again Guys."
We sure Love you Annie and are so glad that we got to celebrate this special day with you. Thank you for being our Daughter, Sister, and Best Friend. We can't wait to celebrate more birthdays with you and make many more memories! Have a wonderful 3rd year!

P.S. Here is Annie's birthday cake. She kept telling me she wanted a flower and I kept trying to talk her into sprinkles. Tyler told me to buck up and make her the cake. This is what she got. I was pretty impressed!!!

Wow, and she was just a bun in the oven when first we met your wonderful family. Look at how the Warner clan has grown. Happy birthday Annie, we miss you! Taylor asked the other day why you had to go clear to Missouri for Medical school - I quote - "Don't they have any closer than that?"

Holy crap! Three?!! Already? All I remember was Annie in her baby swing facing the window for hours on end. I can't believe that was 3 years ago.
