What are we up to?

Lots of stuff going on at our house...

Barry got another set of tubes! And boy did he look adorable in the little purple hospital gown that they had him wear. It still makes me anxious when they take him away and make me go sit in the waiting room. Especially this time, he cried when they wheeled him out and looked back at me with those blue, sad eyes. It tore at my heart. But all went well and 25 minutes later I was rocking and cuddling him. He did awesome and is such a trooper. I don't blame him if he hates the ear doc now and screams every time he comes near him. He has been talking some more now so I am really hoping this will get him communicating better and less screaming. He really is so funny and Tyler and I laugh every night about it. His favorite phrase right now is "Mommm, weeee." Which means, Mom please! If I here him yelling that, I know he is stuck somewhere he shouldn't be. Like on top of the kitchen table or the computer chair.
He also moved up to a big boy bed. He did so good the first night and didn't move at all. Never even tried to get out of bed. He looks so cute in the bed! Plus, he had no problem giving the crib to Natalie. They share a room so I was worried that seeing the crib would make him want to get back in it.

Natalie
is growing like crazy and is now eating baby food. She loves the oatmeal and prunes so far and each week we introduce a new food. She also LOVES her bumbo chair. She is also sitting up all by herself for a couple minutes at a time. She is starting to giggle when the kids do stuff to entertain her. It is the cutest to hear that little laugh while driving in the van. She is still an amazing baby and loves to just be with everyone. She does the cutest little nose scrunch when she smiles at you. Wait til you see it in person, it will melt your heart! She is now 5 and a half months and right on with all of her growth. Still in the 75 percentile of height and weight and that darn head is still in the 90th! Had an ultrasound of the head to make sure it was all healthy and surprise surprise, it was! We found out (from the one warm day we have had) that Natalie loves being outside and going for walks. Which a great thing for me :)

Annie
got registered for kindergarten the other day and can't quit talking about it. To bad she doesn't start til September something! She is counting down the days til Grandma and Grandpa Borrowman come and visit (13 days) and breaks down about every other night cause they are not here yet. This living away from family is hardest on Annie. She loves being around them and talks about moving back all the time. We are going for the summer and she thinks it is for good. She talks about driving in the moving truck and packing everything up. I have told her many times but I guess she just wants to believe it!

Hallie has been so much fun lately. She really is getting big and I absolutely love it. I think it is the best thing having a daughter as the oldest. She brings so much peace and laughter to our family. And she is such a tease. She is so much like her dad that it is a little scary. She has his sense of humor and they laugh with each other all the time. I guess it is good that they have each other so at least someone will laugh at their jokes!!! Hallie is one that loves to plan out her future. She has had many career dreams already. Here are a few of the ones that I remember:
Doctor, waitress, teacher, lady who works in a building, dental hygienist, and tongue doctor. My favorite is the lady who works in a building cause she puts on a zip up sweater and talks all proper and everything!

Tyler is finishing his last few rotations for 3rd year and then we are headed into being 4th year medical students!!!! Time is going so fast. He also just recently purchased the guitar of his dreams and has been playing lots. He has had a permanent smile on ever since I told him he could get it! I love seeing him be able to do stuff that he loves that much. Honestly, his life is not a whole lot of fun right now with all the school, work, and kids. But he always has such a good attitude about all of it and I love seeing him doing something for himself finally!

Bree (ME) can't wait for spring to get here. Winter has gone by quite fast but it is time to go outside and play again! I have been starting to train for a half marathon again but it is going slow cause I only have a treadmill to run on and those who know me also know that I hate running on treadmills! By the way, we will be in St. George for 2 months this summer and I need a running buddy, anyone want to volunteer or do I have to single someone out? I also got a new calling in the YW's presidency. It threw me for a loop when I got the call but I love it now. Our ward got changed and now we go to the Alliance ward. It is a 1 hour drive so now I get to make it on Wednesday nights too. But I guess we do whatever we can to fulfill our callings right!

We also invented a new game at our house...Dad pushes us across the wood floor and we scream! Here is our Awesome Valentines tradition! Breakfast. It is what Tyler made me on our first date and we have done it ever since. Loved the heart pancakes this year.

If Megan isn't available, I'll run with you too!! Man, just ran with one of my friends today and was DYING!! You forget how long it takes to get it all back! Way to train for a 1/2. When are you coming? Maybe we can do one together!? Your kids are all so cute (as is their mother):) I can't believe Nat's head is 90%, Brielle's is only 9%. NOT the same genetics!! So fun to keep caught up with you.
