My Dad

Sometimes it is really hard for me to be so far away from family. Especially around birthdays and Holidays. I love celebrating those with everyone but since we are far away this year, I wanted to shout out a Happy Birthday to one of the most amazing Fathers out there!
Happy Birthday DAD!!!

Dad, you really are an amazing Father. I can honestly say I had the best childhood growing up and it is because of all the fun things that we did as a family. When I called home the other day and you picked up the phone it made me homesick. I love hearing your voice because it makes me feel safe and loved.
Now that I am all grown up and being the parent of my own, it makes me appreciate you all the more. You and Mom should write a book on how to raise children, you would make a fortune!
I am sending you hugs and kisses from me and all my family. Here are some things the we Love about you:

Hallie:
* Hugging him
* Playing with each other
* He makes good dinners and breakfast
* That you call her George
* She says to tell you Happy Birthday and that she loves you
and can't wait to come to your house for the summer!

Annie:
* coming to your house and playing
* watching movies with you ( she was in a bad mood when I asked her so she didn't offer much!)

Barry:
* He doesn't say much right now but I know he will love you just like the rest of your grand kids do! I am excited for you to meet him.

Tyler:
* That you look so distinguished with your hair ( I think he has hair envy!)
* You cook the meanest steak out there (even with a broken BBQ!)
* That you let him marry your daughter!

Bree:
* I love that you love food. Any trip you go on, the first thing you tell us about is the food!
* I love that you taught me to run and that you still are out doing it.
* I love that I can still give you a kiss on the cheek and get anything I want from you!
* I love that you still work in the Temple even though your calling was up years ago.
* I love how you get ornery when you are hungry and then get Happy when you are full!
* I love that all eight of your children are so important to you and that you would give us the world if you could.

Happy Birthday Dad. We love you all the way from Missouri
and hope you have the best day ever!
