Seven Years Today

Seven years ago people. Seven years and the only itching has been athletes foot as we run together (not away from each other).

Not gonna be the most memorable anniversary, I have tests all this and next week, strep throat, and no money. But we are gonna make up for it when we get to St. George in two weeks.

People have been shocked to find out that Bree is 30. (None of them think that I am any younger than the gray hairs, no hairs, etc...) They all think that she is like 24, and why not? She is amazingly youthful: her skin is so soft and smooth, she can run anyone I can think of under the table, and she is always up for the next challenge of any sort. In short, she is awesome. But this post is about us, together, forever... and ever.

We have always complemented each other. Bree can always tell when enough is enough, something that I have never been able to see. Bree always wants to help people, no matter who or when, I help her to say no when she needs to. I can't have babies, she can't have them without me... and not be in trouble. She is short, and I am really tall (for her family). She loves to run and has taught me to love it. She can always see through to the root of the problem, then forgive me as soon as I apologize. She thinks that it is her turn to post, but I am the one posting.

My turn... I know some of you that read our blog do not like mushy stuff. If this refers to you, then you better stop reading cause it is not going to get any better. It has been so fun these past seven years to really find out who I married.(Tyler and I got engaged after only 3 weeks of knowing each other) I have always been the quiet, non communicator and Tyler is quite the opposite. He has taught me that it is ok to tell him how I am feeling, I bet sometimes he wishes he didn't teach me this!

He has always supported me in all my endeavors and even plays along with me on most of them. I love knowing that no matter what I do, he will always be there for me. He has always and will always be my number one fan. I hope that he knows that he really is the most amazing guy out there. He is always so willing to do anything for our family. He is the one to make our rainy days bright again and the girls are always so excited when he comes home. I love that our children love him. I love that they adore him. I just love him! And I love that he has gone to so much work to look older than me because he knows how much it bothered me when we were dating. See the great lengths he goes to to make sure that I am happy. We are an awesome team together and I love that he picked me!

Here's to 7 wonderful years of marriage and an eternity of them to come!
